Bright straw in appearance with subtle honey-gold reflections. The nose is fresh and approachable, showing apricot, mineral and clean white-fruit aromas. On the palate, crisp white fruits provide the core character, complemented by a subtle honeyed undertone. Fresh acidity maintains balance and gives the wine an energetic, refreshing profile before a clean, uncomplicated finish. 

Food & Wine Pairing

A very versatile match for seafood and lighter Asian cuisine. Pair with steamed fish, prawns, oysters, scallops, sushi, sashimi, Vietnamese spring rolls or Thai seafood salads. Its freshness also works with grilled chicken, goat cheese, green salads and lightly seasoned vegetable dishes. For Cantonese cuisine, steamed grouper, salt-and-pepper squid and chilled seafood are particularly suitable choices.
