Palate: Soft, smooth and elegantly sweet with notes of vanilla ice cream, creamy custard, shortbread, baked apple, subtle stone fruit and hints of coconut and Manuka honey. 

Finish: Medium-length with warm spice, toasted oak, lingering vanilla and fruit sweetness.
