Tasting Notes
Pale straw with subtle quartz-green hues. Aromatically lifted with Nashi pear, jasmine florals and almond nougat, developing additional notes of apple and delicate blossom. The palate is textural and medium-bodied, combining fresh-cut pear with lemon, lime and subtle baking spices. There is enough weight to provide the characteristic texture expected of Pinot Gris while bright citrus acidity keeps the wine refreshing. The finish is long, clean and fruit-driven.

Food & Wine Pairing
Excellent with seafood, smoked salmon, prawns, sushi, sashimi, poultry, salads and lightly spiced Asian dishes. Its combination of pear fruit, citrus acidity and moderate texture makes it particularly versatile. For your event menu, I would pair it especially with the Smoked Salmon Tartine, Fried Tang Yang Chicken with Lime Mayonnaise, Crispy Vietnamese Pork Spring Rolls and Japanese Chicken Skewers.
